The first annual Tiny LaFontaine Memorial Open is in the books! Thanks to everyone who came out and fought through the morning rain and wind for a great cause!
Congrats to the team of Mike Mello and Woody McKechnie on their first place finish! On a tough day, 5 fish for 7.48 is all it took 😳
Second place went to the team of Mike B and Myke B. They weighed 5 fish for 7.13 anchored by a nice smallie caught by the BOOM MAN.
Coming in third was Mark Burgess, weighing four fish for a total of 6 pounds even.
Congrats to the top three - there were some sticks out there today and bites were hard to come by!
Our two lunkers of the day were a 3.78 Smallmouth caught by the team of Jacob Nicholson and Zach Cooper and then a 5.01 pound Largemouth weighed in from the team of Brian Wheeler and Matt.
Our guess the weight winner with to Jim Halpin and Mark Fournier - who came in with the lowest guess of 8.50.
We can’t wait to continue this event year after year and we appreciate all the support and kind words!
